Words to the Picture
After the first day of testing, i went out again the next day to look for different places where the water flow is stronger. I’ve found a couple of places, but let’s start with this one. I used two ND8 Filters, but i think i could have used only one .. i think it turned out kinda dark even with 30secs..

What a pair of classics, and Victoria Palace Theatre in the background.
The bus would have been run by a private operator, outside and in opposition to the more regulated public transport operator. I know very little about the bus history or specification, but opening the photo by Alan Farrow in comments will give you comprehensive details. He explains that it did become part of London Transport.

Harris of Fleur-de-Lys has recenly replaced some of its early Optare Solos with a batch of 60-plate 8.9m Alexander Dennis E20Ds acquired from Go Ahead-owned Metrobus.
03 was formerly YX60 FTO but now carries plate MXZ 6836. She is captured waiting time at Crumlin Square in late March 2019 when operating Caerphilly CBC-contracted Service N2 (Crumlin-Newbridge), which interworks with Service N3 (Newbridge-Llanfach). These services have been operated by a succession of operators over the years. National Welsh, Stagecoach, Glyn Williams, Veolia and Phil Anslow all spring to mind.
