i was so busy trying to get a shot of the waves near my feet i didn't see the big one sneaking up on me.
Somehow I managed to put a previously used roll of film in my camera and took a new set of random Yellowstone things over a day of target shooting in the woods. After being disappointed that I ruined essentially 2 rolls of shots I thought this one actually turned out sort of cool with the rifles inside the bison.
Allie tried to jump Merlin because he was in the way, and Merlin tried to run because he was in the way. Lol she landed on top of him one leg on each side. They both tried to run and ended up running together. I was amazed I captured this.
This bird decided to fly while I was photographing it. I panned ok but I was in portrait mode and it was in very landscape mode.
i have red speckls all over my belly too, because i burned through my shirt. i didnt burn through my bra and my shoulders were still slightly tanned from my last still not done peeling burn. also there's a light pink line disruption around back where my pony tail was hanging down.
I knew I forgot a timelapse in my "birds in my back yard video." I searched and searched but only found the folder with all the photos after I had finished the video. Would have been nice to use this, then I wouldn't have had to use the same clip twice. I'm not going to bother putting it in since I used imovie and it would be a pain in the...
I hoping this will be the last video I make with imovie. Just need to find the right "crack" so I can use my new program. =P
note the missing segment of fence. going down that embankment sideways was exciting. didn't roll, at least.
And on the opposite corner, I have to jam the malformed power supply plug in after dropping it on that side.
I'm going to have to get a MacBook soon, aren't I?

Whoever painted this map of the United States on the Horace Mann School's parking lot made a mistake (see notes on the left). They painted most of Maryland that brownish-yellow color, but made the eastern part purple, as though it belonged to Virginia. Seen on my way to vote at this school.
More surfing fun at Santa Cruz from the "Wavecatcher" unit during the 3rd session at the camp I helped out at recently.
Surfing is just one of the activities that the girls at the camp get to do, but I'm not allowed to post shots where the girls can be identified (which is most of what I took for the camp). This one is 'safe' to share though.
I typically upload in small sets - don't just look at the latest one in my photostream as you might be missing something you'll like more, and your comments are ALWAYS welcome :)
