Several frames were shot before the actual breaking of the glass, but only one glass was used.
The socket was dropped from a distance of 2 feet (60cm) aimed at the rim of the glass. The shutter was triggered by wireless remote the moment the socket hit the glass.

This bright-eyed little chipmunk has dropped its snack. A friend and I were walking along one of the trails in Leelanau State Park when I saw the chipmunk and began taking photos. Apparently, it was startled and lost its grip on what it was eating, the inside of an acorn. Fortunately, the acorn landed between the chippie's hind feet. So, I got some photos and the chipmunk kept its snack.

Toothpicks
For Macro Monday - Toothpicks
I had a couple of vague ideas about images for this week and had set up the black cloth on my desk as a background when I managed to knock the container.
I decided I liked the random way the toothpicks fell.
The longest section of toothpick in the frame is 34mm.
The holidays over time to take the tree down....oops, one ornament has broken, still makes for a nice image.
So ein Puppenleben ist auch nicht immer ein Honigschlecken !! 😮Bei den Fotoaufnahmen kommt es immer wieder einmal zu Stürzen, aber selten zu Fotos davon. Im Normalfall versuche ich mit meiner freien Hand das Puppenkind schnell aufzufangen, bei diesen Aufnahmen jedoch hatte ich schon auf den Auslöser gedrückt, bevor Luis oder auch Bärbels Fächer denen ihnen zugedachten Platz plötzlich verließen … Bei Aufnahmen im Schnee stürzte Luis kopfüber ins kühle Weiß und obwohl ihn sein Lächeln trotzdem nicht verließ, liefen ihm tatsächlich Tränen aus den Augen !! 😢
Zum Glück haben mir die beiden bis jetzt trotzdem nicht die Zusammenarbeit gekündigt ...😜
Such a doll's life is not always a piece of cake !! 😮During the photo shoots, there are always falls, but rarely photos of them. Normally I try to catch the doll quickly with my free hand, but in these photos I had already pressed the shutter release before Luis or Bärbel's fan suddenly left their intended place ... In photos taken in the snow, Luis fell headfirst into the cool white and although his smile did not leave him, tears actually ran from his eyes !! 😢
Fortunately, they still haven't cancelled their cooperation with me ...😜
Thought I would practice with Steller’s Jays by putting out three peanuts, but on the monitor, this resembles a crow in flight. But hey! I caught it in flight.
And cropped it about 50 percent.

Sorry! I’ve just been on the laptop (normally just on my phone) and found many uploads not showing on my phone!! Think there are re still a few issues with the Flickr changeover!
