Many years ago, while doing some routine paper shredding, I accidentally sent a paper through that had this $10 bill tucked inside.
Oops.
I quickly realized my mistake, but not before a sizable bite had been taken from the bill.
So as a cautionary tale, I framed the remains and set it on the desk next to the shedder.

A car crash on Lighthouse Rd. in New Haven
I got there about 10 mins after it happened, the fire was out & everyone was out of the cars.. (firehouse is about 200 yards from the crash scene)
When I'm in a car, it's hard to take pictures of crashes.. but today I was on my bicycle - safely on the sidewalk and unlikely to cause another crash while snapping photos.
This is what happens when you let your boyfriend dye your hear. Shocking and emotional at first, then sort of fun, then just scarey.
This is the time of year to bring this one out. I was in Orangeville with a friend. We were out taking pictures when we came upon 3 young boys sledding down a long, steep hill on Rt. 487. They were watching us very closely, wondering what we were up to, I guess. This young man was not paying attention to where he was headed, hit a big bump in the snow and UP went his legs, WAAAY up. But he didn't take his eyes off of me as you can see. He was bent in half looking at me through his legs. I am not sure how funny he thought it was but we were laughing all the way home.
