This is a Vera Moda top in jersey, it´s a little more red than it looks here. It was a gift and I have never worn it. The size is XL but it´s on the small side. I would like a Mary Engelbreits Home Companion Magazine for it, a new or old copy, it doesn´t matter.
Hyper Japan isn't strictly a food and drink festival, but Tasting Britain keeps getting reinvited due to all the delicious food and drink on offer. Also we seem to be getting all âculturalâ these days. Anyway, for those who don't know stuff about Hyper Japan, it's probably the UK's biggest Japanese culture festival. Three days of anime, J-Pop gigs, sake tastings, people dressed as Naruto, video gaming, martial arts demos, sushi and me and my friends (which is not actually an âattraction' but I'd like to think we're attractive anyway).
Hyper Japan started in 2012, and by its own description is 'curated by local Japanese people, with the intent of introducing the âeclecticâ Japan to the UK'. As of this year (I think), has been held at the O2 Arena in Canary Wharf. However, what youâre looking at here, Hyper Japanâs Christmas Market, is a little different. Christmas themed, for a start - visitors are invited to âenjoy a Tokyo shopping experienceâ - and it really is more retail oriented. The atmosphere is vibrant, the weather is cold, the people are kawaiiiiiiiiiiiiii and the atmosphere isâ¦atmospheric (*dramatic music*).
Highlights from the event this year included a Kawaiicore band (this exists) called Lady Baby making their European debut. And The Eat-Japan Sushi Awards 2015 - supposedly the longest running sushi competition. This competition sees five sushi chefs (each repping their respective restaurant) taste testing various unique sushi creations on a willing (600 strong) audience, and whoever wins the popular vote wins the competition. 2013âs Sushi Awards winner, Yoshihiro Motohashi, was running the show at this yearâs Sushi Bar - serving up his award winning âHyper Rollâ (oh baby wanna see my Hyper Roll?). This yearâs winner? Henryanto Aloysius of Genji - and his 'Spicy Crunch sushi'.
Also good to see: interactive demonstrations and workshops such as Ippudo's ramen cooking session. And I must also mention the inaugural Sake Cocktail Awards (which you can see some pictures of the heats for). We got to try some of
Marco Rosina of Chotto Matteâs Chotto Jelly cocktail (Saturday), Marie Ariga (of Wazen)âs âOne Piece' and a third one, (a name I did not get! Turns out Marco won that round but I honestly believe the aforementioned third one was the true winner here (just take my word for it - thatâs the one with the guy pouring what looks like yoghurtâ¦. delicious yoghurt). All in all, Japanese culture is alternatively baffling, fun and amazing - and the Eat Japan food court never fails to deliver (on variety in the very least!). We will most certainly be back - arigato...
The Finale to the BARC Club Car Championships Weekender at Brands Hatch and after a Very Thrilling set of both Qualifying Sessions and Races which took place on the Saturday it was Time once again for each Driver to strap in and get ready for some high speed Racing Action thought the Sunday.
In Tribute to the Marshall who was Tragically Killed on the Saturday Some Car and Driver Pairings were Racing with Orange Hearts on their Cars as a Tribute to all of Motorsports Family of Marshalls for who without Racing would not be possible. Thank You!

Britcar Endurance Championship - Trophy Category (Race 1 Results FINAL)
The Britcar Endurance Trophy was the First up and it was time to see who could claim that elusive Pole Position and to see if anyone else could challenge the Top Three Drivers Lets see how things turned out.
In First Place was the Pairing Of (Datum Motorsport's Axel Van Nederveen and Adriano Medeiros) in their Ginetta G55A with a Best Lap Time of 52:193 and an Average Speed of 64.75mph. Congratulations Axel and Adriano a Really Fantastic Drive and A Super Victory.
In Second Place was (SVG's Mark Lee) in his Ginetta G56A with a Best Lap Time of 52.086 and an Average Speed of 64.70mph. Amazing Drive Mark Keeping that Ginetta on the Track and Taking Second Place while Nearly Matching the Speed of Axel and Adriano. Well Done.
In Third Place was (Terry Stephens) in his Peugeot 308 with a Best Lap Time of 53.421 and an Average Speed of 64.50mph. Well Fought Terry a Fantastic Finish in Third Place and Staying Ahead by just over 11 seconds to the Pair of Jasver and Bryan in 4th. Amazing Job.

Now it was Time for the Fan Favourite to Enter onto the Brands Hatch Circuit with the Pre 66 Touring Cars Championship. With Mini's Lotus Cortina's and Ford Falcons. This was One Race that No One Wanted to Miss. After a Very Fast Paced Qualifying Session on the Saturday Which saw (Alan Greenhalgh) take Pole Position who Will be able to Challenge Him During the Race and Snatch Victory Away from Him.

Sculpt update on Starkiller: Cybernetic Reconstruction. A skin that was offered for players of the Lucasarts game, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.
1:18 scale. Sculpt using Aves FIXIT Sculpt, a two-part epoxy.
This will be the final update on potential project returns for the year as I am ready to get back to work on the current projects I have been updating you all on over the past several months.
New 2022 images of a sculpt I shelved back in 2014. Again, time moves swiftly and with little forgiveness - before you know it, a decade has almost passed. Like some of my works in progress back then, this one will need a bit of TLC to bring the idea up to date with what's been learned in skill and in reference material.
I need to rework the head sculpt a bit, adjusting the few teeth shown, blending in the seams from multiple sessions and completing the cybernetic detail around the exposed eye.
The upper body and upper arms need some love too. Mainly just a cleanup. Looking forward to moving on with this piece - I always found this version of Starkiller to be the most disturbing...which is probably why I chose to make a figure of him LOL!
More to come! Updates on current projects coming soon. Just enjoy bringing some of these older projects back into the light where they deserve. Artist Anicka Yi offers a vision of a new ecosystem within the Turbine Hall, the large post-industrial space at the heart of Tate Modern.
Originally part of Bankside Power Station, the hall was built to house electricity-generating machinery. Yi’s installation populates the space with machines once again. Floating in the air, her machines – called aerobes – are based on ocean life forms and mushrooms. They re-imagine artificial intelligence, and encourage us to think about new ways machines might inhabit the world. Yi has also created unique scentscapes which change weekly, with odours linked to a specific time in the history of Bankside.
Yi is known for her experimental work which explores the merging of technology and biology. Through breaking down distinctions between plants, animals, micro-organisms and machines, she asks us to think about further understanding ourselves as humans and the ecosystems we live in.

One of the most important reasons people visit amusement parks these days is because it offers a shared experience that allows for the creation of new, one-of-a-kind memories for families and friends.
