Great Blue Heron nesting site, right in the middle of a huge off-leash park for dogs. Each year, to minimize disturbance, they rope off the area in attempt to keep dogs and humans away .

We had an excellent Saturday morning with all the 6 Week Body Transformers.
Great turn up, good laugh with the partner workout and a bit of spice to finish off the Week 6 with a 400m relay race!
Congratulations to the Yellow Team who finished 1st.
It was also the play off between the Purples and the Reds, congratulations Purples! You Won!
As for our 6 Week Body Winners, CONGRATULATIONS to Vanessa Jones who lost 10kg in 6 Weeks which is 12% of her body weight and Mike Whalley who lost 15.5Kg which is 15% of his body weight.
In second position in the women category comes Jacquie Tate who lost 6.2Kg over 6 weeks which is 10% of her body weight and third Anna Korta who lost 5.7Kg which represent 9% of her body weight.
In the male category: Second Ian Morsley who lost 7.7Kg which is 7.5% of his body weight and third Jon Derrin who lost 6.1Kg which represent 6% of his total body weight.
