Rufous Hummingbird (Selasphorus rufus) I will shortly be going on vacation and won't be returning until the end of October, in the meantime happy snapping! I will try and comment on your lovely photos when I can but I won't be posting any new images until my return.
Roe Deer Fawn (Capreolus capreolus) This fawn suddenly appeared in front of me while I was walking along a shady path. I don't know who was more surprised and before I could even get the camera to my eye she was off like a speeding bullet! She looks like she's levitating in this one with all four hooves off the ground!

DELFT Railway Station - Het nieuwe station is met twee ondergrondse eilandperrons een uniek station dat door het slimme gebruik van daglicht en kunstlicht als een open, overzichtelijke en veilige plek wordt ervaren. De spil van het station is het brede stijgpunt met de mezzanine (tussenverdieping) die toegang geeft tot de perrons, de fietsenstalling en de stationshal en een ruimtelijk geheel met deze hal vormt.
DELFT Railway Station - the new station with two underground Island platforms a unique station that through the smart use of daylight and artificial light as an open, orderly and safe place is experienced. The spindle of the drive is the wide take off point with the mezzanine level giving access to the platforms, the bike shed and the station Hall and a spatial whole with this Hall.

This is a shot of the Bhimakali temple in Sarahan in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India.We were at an altitude of around 10000 feet and it was a rainy day in April.

Another capture from down at Steetley Pier the other night.
I purposely went off centre with this shot, as I noticed the lovely reflections in the pool of water. Strangely a central position didn't show them as well. I also liked the ripples in the sand that seem to be appearing here lately.
A low angle adds to the height of this huge structure.
While I was at Ham Wall nature reserve last weekend, I saw a lot of swans taking off and landing. These two headed over towards the hills and Glastonbury Tor.
This is another photo of the geese taking off at Merced National Wildlife Refuge. Once they took off all of them were gone and did not return!
