Gives new meaning to the term off the charts. This is how much more carbon there will be in the atmosphere compared to before, if we continue business as usual. The blue line is the carbon in parts per million and the grey line is the average temperature of the earth. It is easy to see how they corelate.

Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda gathered with His devotees and guests from all over the world in His international ashram, Shree Peetha Nilaya, Germany, for an inspiring Christmas celebration. Singing and dancing until after 3 am on Christmas Eve, however, didn't interrupt the normal schedule of temple prayers at 7 am the next morning. In the afternoon, a beautifully planned Christmas Day meal was served to all the guests by the residents of The Ashram, and then a final satsang after prayers in the evening sent everyone off to bed, happy and filled with the joy of the season.

Day 1 [1-1-2016]
The start of a new year. Began the day at 12:00 with a sip of sparkling apple juice in a room with some of my favorite people. After the new year gathering broke off I rested a fair amount to clear skies and a fresh sense of adventure. I headed out with Scott and Sam to adventure around two places in which I had a desire to visit. An abandoned boat house in the Quincy shipyard and Fort Revere in Hull. Both journeys were quite a success with many photos that I am proud of. The rest of the day was fun hanging out with a few more friends, Eric and Paul, and then taking a night walk along the 3rd cliff sea wall where I snapped a couple long exposures.
Can't wait to see what the next day brings!

The 19th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Week kicked-off rehearsals with the following artists: Ana de la Reguera, Carlos Rivera, Kany Garcia, J Balvin, Carla Morrison, Nicky Jam, Steve Aoki, Maná, Jorge Drexler, Mon Laferte, Natalia Lafourcade and El David Aguilar.
The Latin Recording Academy® Leading Ladies of Entertainment is a luncheon honoring and recognizing professional women within the arts and entertainment industries who have made significant contributions to their fields and/or have distinguished themselves through their social and philanthropic efforts. Gloria Calzada hosted this year’s luncheon which recognized four women:
· Rebbeca Gomez (Becky G), Award-winning singer, songwriter, and actress.
· Cynthia Hudson, Senior Vice President and General Manager, CNN en Español and Hispanic Strategy for CNN/U.S.
· Delia Orjuela, Vice President, Creative—Latin Music, BMI.
· Pamela Silva Conde, Six-time Emmy winning journalist and Co-anchor of Univision's Primer Impacto.
The Latin Recording Academy® honored the Lifetime Achievement and Trustees recipients during a private ceremony held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas as part of the 19th Annual Latin GRAMMY® Week. Erasmo Carlos, Dyango, Andy Montañez, José María Napoleón, Chucho Valdés, Wilfrido Vargas, and Yuri received this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Horacio Malvicino and Tomás Muñoz received the Trustees Award.
The Latin Recording Academy hosted an intimate party at Moon located inside The Palms Casino Resort to celebrate the Best New Artist nominees of the 19th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards. This year, the list of nominees in the Best New Artist category included Angela Aguilar, Anaadi, El David Aguilar, Alex Ferreira, Karol G, Lospetitffellas, Nana Mendoza, Christian Nodal, Claudia Prieto and Benjamín Walker. During the special night, the Best New Artists were recognized and all guests raised a glass of Buchanan’s Whisky to toast their accomplishments and celebrate la cultura!
Hosted by Ana de la Reguera and Carlos Rivera, The Biggest Night in Latin Music®, will broadcast live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on November 15, from 8 – 11 PM ET/PT (7 PM Central) on Univision.

The pilots from the Raspet Flight Research Laboratory at Mississippi State University take off from the Drill Field in the center of campus in their 1969 Hughes 369A/OH-6A Cayuse helicopter. The helicopter was on display on campus as part of "Engineering Day".
The helicopter belongs to the Naval Post Graduate School, and is on long-term loan to MSU and is used for various research projects.

Because I only had one full day in New York I took back to back Hop On Hop Off Buses. Some of the images are not very good as the bus would go over bumps etc,.I have kept them in as memorises of the day. I only got off the bus once so most of the photos were taken as we were travelling along. Sadly I just didn't have time to have a good walk around.
I woke to a lovely sunny day and not too cold with around 16c. As the day went on it clouded over a bit and cooled down. November 7, 2018 USA.
They really don't want you to go off the trail here.

This past summer, while passing through Portsmouth, Ohio, on our way to somewhere else, eight-year-old school bus freak Adam and I saw these. Adam is familiar with the Thomas Built FS-65 models, but the one on the left was of slightly different design, which I assume has something to do with a wheelchair lift. As usual, Adam had the look of a kid outside a candy store looking in.
