The objective of CESI is to create a network and community of top level scholars working on Chinese economic development. This initiative is currently co-sponsored by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, UC Berkeley IGov – Institutions and Governance Program at the Institute for International Studies, the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University and the Institute for Emerging Market Studies at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The Summer Institute is organized in collaboration with the BREAD, NBER and CEPR networks of academic economists.
The 3-day workshop intends to bring together the best scholars working on China in China, the US and Europe with other top level scholars who have an interest in working on China in the future. During the workshop, there will be seminar presentations and free time to allow scholars to interact and explore the possibility of doing joint research projects. Senior scholars who will attend will be available for consultations with junior scholars. Afternoon sessions will give the opportunity to a select group of young scholars and Ph. D students to present their work.

Interior Design Shoot - The objective of the shoot was to capture how the arrangement of the objects worked together in each space to create an interior design. I used lights but balanced this with the existing interior light plus the exterior light to create as natural but fully lit scene as possible in each shot.

Manchester United objective Declan Rice as Paul Pogba supplanting with Juventus to stand by until summer to finish move
Manchester United should stand by until the late spring to dispose of Paul Pogba, talkSPORT has been told, with Juventus prone to slow down their transition to re-sign the midfielder until the finish of the period.
Pogba is generally expected to leave Old Trafford not long after his representative Mino Raiola demanded 'it's over for Paul at Man United' in a seething meeting with Tuttosport.
The super specialist says his customer isn't 'upbeat' at the Premier League club and needs to move for another group and a 'difference in air'.
Juventus have been connected with a transition to re-sign Pogba for quite a long time, and late reports have guaranteed they have just opened conversations over an arrangement to take the France global back to Turin.
Be that as it may, European football columnist Kevin Hatchard has disclosed to talkSPORT the Serie A return won't occur in the January move window, and the World Cup victor should stand by until the late spring to leave United for the second time in his profession.
"I figure they will likely stand by until the late spring," he disclosed to The Sports Bar.
"Mino Raiola, his representative, has insinuated that, he said 'when I was discussing his future, I'm discussing the finish of the period'.
"It's extremely hard to do that sort of arrangement in January, and I feel truth is stranger than fiction.

Objective 7: Photographic Styles (ex. portrait, landscape, etc.) – Explain why the settings and composition are appropriate for the style of photography. (How did you create the shot?) You do NOT need to do Objective 2 if you are handing in this objective.
Type/style of photography: HDR
The camera mode (P, Tv, Av, M): AV
f stop used: f/6.3
shutter speed used: 1/640sec
ISO used: 1600
Exposure compensation: 0
Focal length: 18mm
I used AV because I needed to control my ISO and aperture but the shutter speed was chosen automatically. I had an aperture of f/6.3 because the camera was pointed towards the sky so the picture was already naturally lit. the shutter speed was 1/640sec because it was a still image and the only thing making the picture blurry would have been camera shake. I used the exposure compensation of 0 so the image wouldn’t be too light or too dark. I used the focal length of 18mm because I only wanted the larger trees in the photo.
