Aquesta imatge d'aturada a l'andana compartida amb la línia L4 ben aviat serà història, ja que es preveu traslladar l'andana de la L11 cap al costat Casa de l'Aigua. Així, s'automatitzarà del tot la conducció de la L11 i es deixaran les dues vies lliures per als trens de la L4 per poder donar més capacitat a la línia.

I took a trip with Wendie (after Newfoundland) to Nova Scotia to visit family on both the Mclean and van der Woerd sides.

The Chevrolet Nova nameplate returned in spring 1984 as a front-wheel drive subcompact vehicle for the 1985 to 1988 model years. It was assembled in Fremont, California by NUMMI, a joint venture between General Motors in the U.S. and Toyota of Japan, resulting in various Corolla-based cars sold under General Motors brands, also referred to as the S-car within GM. It resurrected a name last used on the compact-sized rear-wheel drive 1979 Chevrolet Nova. The new Nova was a rebadged and mildly restyled Japanese market Toyota Sprinter, a model sold in Japan as a badge engineered version of the Toyota Corolla. Nova shared the Corolla's AE82 platform, 1.6 L (98 cu in) 4-cylinder engines and was available with 5-speed manual, 3-speed or 4-speed automatic transmissions. For the first time ever, quad headlights were used on the Nova (mimicking most other models at the time, such as the slightly-larger Chevrolet Cavalier). It was designed for manufacturability and reached an unusually high level of quality and production speed at NUMMI, compared to other US factories.

Another year of Nova photos :) Nova is a 3 year old Border Collie (on the right), and is my muse. On the left is Sniper, her pesky younger brother. (A rescue Cattle Dog/Border Collie mix I adopted in the summertime).
This shot just screams the joy that the two of them have together. Nova absolutely loves her little brother Snipe - they do everything together. That was one of the biggest reasons I knew he had to stay... Nova's face just lights up when she's with him. It is awesome to have two dogs that can keep up with each other!
She's running straight into this new year, and I can't wait to see how our lives will change! There will be a new addition to the family in the spring/summer (my sister is getting a puppy!). We also have plans to move out on our own for the first time. I'm hoping it will all work out for us this year, and I also hope that Nova can start agility competitions again (my goal is the summertime!). I'm continuing to work with her on her sensitivity issues, and she has been slowly improving. Still a long road ahead, but already we have made so much progress.

NOVA- A early morning fire destroyed a abandoned historical farm house at 1243 US Hwy 224, with five fire departments from Ruggles-Troy, Nankin, Savannah, Polk, New London battled the blaze for three hours, as US Hwy 224 was closed to traffic during the fire, and the Ohio State Fire Marshall's Office was called to the scene to investigate the cause of the fire. So stay tone for more details as they come available. No Fire fighters or anyone else injured during the fire. Ashland County Sheriff's Department and Ohio Transportation was also on scene to assist with traffic control

At Home
"At Home" is an ongoing photography project, started in 2016, which focuses on identities, personal spaces, and community.
I have started this series of photography portraits while living in the Türkis Rosa Lila Villa, a queer house project in Vienna. I lived there for 3 years and during that time I got very inspired by that place of 11 people living together. Living in the same house and being engaged in the community work gave me a strong feeling of mutual belonging. I’ve started photographing my housemates in their rooms mostly because I wanted to become closer to them, to get to know them better. It was my way of showing care and appreciation for being in my life, in the house, for supporting me and letting me support them. When I moved out I have continued photographing my next flatmates, friends, and other people who I met at the Viennese queer scene for the same reasons.
"At Home" is a participatory project, which encourages its protagonists, LGBTIQ people, to choose where and how they want to be portrayed. Together we create a space for intimacy that is putting them in both vulnerable and powerful positions at the same time and ensures the authenticity of the portraits.

An overnight search for the five fishermen that went missing in hurricane-force winds off the coast of Nova Scotia was unsuccessful, as extensive rescue efforts have produced no sign of the crew or their boat.
Nova 2021 Cas is only 10th magnitude, but appears in a beautiful neighborhood with open cluster M52, the Bubble Nebula, and additional reflection and emission nebula. The nova is the reddish star at the top center, directly above the Bubble Nebula and to the left of M52.
This image is from a filter with only two narrow bands. One is for the Hydrogen alpha emission line and the other catches the Oxygen iii and Hydrogen beta lines. Together these illuminate red, green and blue pixels in a color camera.
The result is an image that cuts through city lights and haze low on the horizon, yet can be balanced for a relatively natural color balance with the HOO palate.
