Feta a Valldoreix. Imperial Stout. Aigua, maltes (Pilsen, Chocolat, Special B, Sègol, Crystal, Melano light, flocs de civada, Roasted barley), llúpol (Magnum), llevat (Safale US-04), lactosa, vaines de vainilla, xips de roure nibs de cacau. 73 IBUS. 10%. Ben bona, molt seca i amarga, astringent, molt gust de fusta (potser massa) i vainilla. Complexa, molts matisos tapats una mica per tanta fusta. Sembla que millora amb el temps, menys cantelluda, tot més integrat.#stout #ImperialStout #beer #ale #beer #cerveza #pivo #birra #instabeer #pornbeer #cervesa #olut #bière #beerporn #beergeek #beernerd #craftbeerlive #cervesaartesana #cervesaartesanal #beer #cerveza #starkol #beerpic #hophead #craftbeernotcrapbeer #craftbeerporn #craftbeerlover #beerstagram #piwo #bierre #beeroftheday

Plenty of nibs but I can't find the pen, it will turn up in a week or 2 when I'm looking for something else. 2018/315 365/340
