Cacao Nib Coffeecake | Crisp crumble coat the top and bottom of this coffeecake, and the center has a swirl of cream cheese too. Delicious and perfect with coffee or tea!
Cacao nibs are just the roasted cacao bean pounded into little pieces. They are a great snack on their own or on rice pudding and ice cream...yum! I found them at Whole Foods while perusing the dark chocolate section

After baking for 25 mins at 350F. The front pan has bacon, the back pan doesn't have any. Both are excellent!
