Favre is Going to Get Chewed Up and Spit Out! At least... that was Yoda's and Adam's prediction.
The Seattle Seahawks matched up against the Green Bay Packers (at Green Bay) in Saturday's playoff game. Unfortunately, after an early lead...the Seahawks lost.
Since the Seahawks won last week, Adam asked me to continue the tradition of a uniformed pug shot.

A fortunate spell of sunshine coincided with 60007 Sir Nigel Gresley approaching and passing Ewood Bridge. Unfortunately the camera then said "Change Battery Pack". From two bars to dead in a split second.

Next month will mark my seventh year on Flickr and I'm so glad that after all that time, I'm still having first sightings in the wild...this adorable Ruby-crowned Kinglet being the latest! I'd never even heard of this bird until a couple of weeks ago, when my buddy, Shelby Townsend, in Louisiana posted one! I thought it was so cool with that little stripe of red on it's head! Of course, Shelby's shot was so much better and displayed the red stripe so beautifully, but I was glad to get any kind of shot of this new friend!
I attended an amazing two day street photography workshop given by Mimo Khair and Michael Kistler, #findingyourselfinthestreets in Dubai. This image is the first of more to come that I will share with you.
