Houston Community College and industry leaders, elected officials and emerging business executives from Stafford are joining forces to solve the workforce needs in the area.
During the Workforce Summit, held Thursday at the Stafford Campus, HCC Chancellor, Dr. Mary Spangler; HCC Southwest President Orfelina (Fena) Garza, Ph.D. and The Honorable Leonard Scarcella, Mayor of Stafford, talked about what Stafford needs and what HCC is doing to fill those needs.

I couldn't sleep (no soda after 4pm, I keep trying to tell myself!) so I started finagling with some of the pictures taken in my old apartment. There was no natural lighting in there, and the built in fixtures were so yellow... :<

The pearl needs a saddle. I haven't put one on yet because I wanted to have the piece assembled and painted, so I could better judge the ideal spot for the pearl. The ring is a very thin slice of a piece of 4" drainage pipe which will be held in place with Rigid Wrap. If I didn't have any 4" pipe on hand, I would have made the saddle out of the thin red plastic. I then touched up the paint.

This is very tactic is often used by the king of soft drinks.
