An impromptu bus ride broke out. Hey, the customer service person said it would take is right downtown. And it did...eventually. Too bad we got on going the wrong way.

The finishing touch: an old vacuum tube pulled from my Fender Twin Reverb's preamp section. The tube is mounted on a gear that spins based on the rear axle.

Special Athletes With Special Needs Get Rock Star Treatment

 

It has become an April tradition in Cullman for special needs athletes to compete at Oliver Woodard Stadium on the campus of Cullman High School.

This year the event was renamed to reflect the gatherings new focus and support intentions: Cullman Area Special Needs Field Day

 

Field Day began around 9 am with approximately 150 athletes gathering at the stadium along with hundreds of volunteers, family members, friends and special needs supporters from around Cullman.

 

The event officially opened with the on-foot arrival of the Field Day Torch carried by 25 law enforcement personnel from the Cullman Police Department and the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

 

The Torch was lit at the Cullman County Courthouse and transported to the Stadium as part of the 2017 Cullman Community Torch Run.

Our sessions are held every Monday at The Carriageworks Theatre, Millennium Square

in the centre of Leeds. Our sessions run from 7.30 to 9.30. We do not close during holiday periods.

 

Our sessions include improvisation, mime,stage technique, voice work and movement.

There is also a big helping of fun exercises ​designed to make you feel part of the teamand, hopefully, make your evening worth while.
