We are having horrible time here because of the massive earthquake on March 11, 2011. It is still shaking and now. Having a serious trouble with nuclear reactors in Fukushima prefecture. We appreciate your help and prayers, thank you.

The 2014 Diplomatic Security 10K Run was held for the first time in Bamako, Mali on Saturday, October 11th. Over 50 participants and volunteers took to the streets on a scenic course that crossed the Niger River.

The tribute event honors Diplomatic Security agents, local guards, and others who have died in the line of duty. Funds raised go towards the DS Foundation to help families in needs, fund scholarships, and much more.

What we have here is I believe PPU NW2 601, hard to tell the 3rd number on the side. Taken somewhere around the Pekin area.

So they think they can supply me with my basic needs? They stock that sort of stuff? After visiting my grandmother in hospital I wanted to go down to the desk and ask them about "my needs" that they supposedly have on hand. Have a little emotional break down at the desk when they can't provide me with those memories that have slipped away from my childhood. Those ones so desperately being searched for after that visit with my grandmother, in hospital.

On account of the misty weather we went home via an old favourite of ours. Did something different with the macro and took some familiar buildings in the fog for comparison.

My 5th or 6th visit to this place - some things are getting taken over by nature, kids wrecking it further or metal thieves have been here since the last time.

Now I lay me down not to sleep

I just get tangled in the sheets

I swim in sweat three inches deep

I just lay back and claim defeat

Chapter read and lesson learned

I turned the lights off while she burned

So while she's three hundred degrees

I throw the sheets off and I freeze

Lids down, I count sheep

I count heartbeats

The only thing that counts is

that I won't sleep

I countdown, I look around

Who needs sleep?

(well you're never gonna get it)

Who needs sleep?

(tell me what's that for)

Who needs sleep?

(be happy with what you're getting

There's a guy who's been awake

since the Second World War)

Model: P.s. Adorah my custom Middie Little Lily Brown

I Kept her Hair in Braids Since June. It left it uber wavy; but it definitely needs a wash

Custom Details

1) matted her down and removed face up; but left the stock eye make up and some pink on the lips

2) carved nostrils and Philtrum

3) lock loop Reroot using a two tone blond and auburn 11 to 12 inch Suri Alpaca.

4) this is my 1st attempt using suri alpaca and creating a new part line (stock side hairline part to custom center thatching)

5) Applied UV gloss varnish to her lips and a little on the nose

6) Modified Glib Acrylic 16mm eyes installed. THE 1ST OF Their KIND...LOVIN’ IT

7) another 1st ...Picco Neemo D Body (you cant tell unless youre looking underneath the doll, but the neck is smaller than the heads neck opening. It took some ingenuity, but I was able to secure the Picco neck to the stock Blythe dome thingy. It's a little bobble head, but it's firmly on).

Back at the in-laws. This is probably the worst of the paint.

Nate Bolt made this piece of art using 19 iPads and my app Big Words.

Thanks to the fantastic Rick Webb for letting Nate stay at his place in NY, and to Mo Mo Mo for collaborating on this. We do not own 19 ipads.

See Nate's original here.

I was wandering over near the Yale Bowl checking out the scene outside the Yale-Harvard football game. I caught sight of a kid parking this car, and couldn't help but take some pictures. How great is this paint job? Ah... mini coopers, you never cease to amaze me.
