Polished concrete floors in the mudroom.

Just as the snow began to fall today.

Originally a breakfast nook, our plan is to turn it into a laundry room/mudroom area. The lovely wallpaper will be down as quickly as possible and we'll be getting new floors. The awnings outside will be down IMMEDIATELY. They're hideous and we hate them.

He is very talented!

It reminded me of my Ethan Allen days-taking shots of rooms & furniture.
