MAJOR DISAGREEMENTS about this tiny space. Darren wanted the wood flooring to extend into here, I wanted it tiled from the floor to three feet up the wall. The compromise: Very cheap tile floor. It will take a little more work to make it a workable Mudroom/Laundry Room. I'm thinking magnetic paint under chalkboard paint on the wall you can't see from this angle. The kids coat/backpack hooks will also go there. Very family utilitarian, not at all aesthetically pleasing.

In the process of having the mudroom repaired after storm damage in August. The ceiling and insulation was taken out, floors will be removed, and closet shelves redone due to water damage (roof leaf).

This is the mudroom. Hence, the mud.

Some interior shots I did for our friend Mario. He designs rooms & then does all the work-from stone work to furniture restoration-everything.

He is very talented!

It reminded me of my Ethan Allen days-taking shots of rooms & furniture.
