Moody Blues: Forever autumn
Especially for Scout, Paddy and Daddy
PETER:
During our trip we took frequent breaks. Here you can see me relaxing under a mushroom. I dreamed what it would be like to experience autumn with Scout, Paddy and Daddy. It is one of the most beautiful times of the year.

Smile on Saturday: Song title
Night scene in Historical Fort Langley, BC Canada
The ambiance lighting on this Ft. Langley pub , makes for a nostalgic and romantic looking setting.
The lighting scheme includes natural gas tiki torches as a warm and inviting finishing touch.

thanks for all the lovely birthday wishes , i had a wonderful day .. and here is another tree to continue the theme
I love the Oregon coastline! This was taken from Ecola State Park near Cannon Beach on my favourite kind of beach day - not at all hot :)
Still raining here yet again, this beautiful flower however lightens the mood. The shades of blue being associated with the positive effects of blue skies and the sea.The colours invoking a feeling of tranquillity and calmness . A macro of the blue anemone ...........
Do you ever have one of those moments when you just have to stop your vehicle immediately, grab your camera and shoot?
This field seemed to have a bit of everything going on......light, vibrant colour, water, reflection, mood, clouds, silhouette.
What really caught my eye were all the pretty layers.
Hope you like it.
Thanks for viewing.
Lingering berries on a highbush cranberry (attention: nerd bait! it isn't a cranberry, but has edible fruit) on a moody rainy winter day. Extra blue for moodiness
HSS!
The winter came quickly in one day. Everything around became monochrome and fabulous. Here is not a b&w photo. Or I'd say this is natural black and white. This poetic view wakes up the words of the song in my head.
Thank you for all the comments and favs, my friends.
Following a day of gray overcast and rain, we were rewarded with blue skies and a touch of pink during civil twilight.
Taken for the "Smile on Saturday" theme of 5/7/2022: BLUE FOR YOU - ME 2022.
Rules the night,
Removes the color from our site.
Red is grey, and yellow white,
But we decide which is right,
And which is an illusion.
The Moody Blues
Cold hearted orb that rules the night
Removes the colors from our sight
Red is gray and yellow white
But we decide which is right
And which is an illusion
Have a Hearty Weekend , Friends.! =]
No Multi-group invites or large glitter graphics please! None is better

Definitely one of British Columbia's best kept secrets.
Thank-you for all the overwhelming support and many friendships.

The serious side.
The pigment in a blue jay's feathers ā melanin ā is brown, but we perceive it as blue because of a phenomenon called light scattering.
A blue jay waiting out a snow storm in a cluster of pines. With all of the tracks I see in the snow, there are many critters that take shelter here. A pine forest is one of my favorite places to be in a snow storm too. It's a quiet peaceful place to sit and listen to nature.
Disclaimer: Never tried the stuff myself, nor did I ever do a "line" of coke.
But these lyrics from a song by the Moody Blues indicate what I might have missed:
"He'll take you up, he'll bring you down,
He'll plant your feet back on the ground.
He'll fly so high, he'll swoop so low.
Timothy Leary."
