Spent a few days in Shiga Kogen this winter.... And every time I'm in Shiga Kogen I also visit these cool monkeys, about 30 min from the ski resort.... Just love them!!!
'Saw these monkeys sitting opposite each other, i thought they were up to something so i got curious and zoomed in .... lo and behold.....they were sleeping! Happy Easter everyone!
On the island Penang, Malaysia, I made a day trip to the monkey beach expecting to see some monkeys. And yes, the name of the beach is not lying. There were some monkeys at the beach waiting for tourists, to steal some food from them :)
These guys were cheeky, they let me get a good look at them and I managed to get a nice close up of this dude with an Albert Einstein tash.

Right before Sarah and I were about to leave Manuel Antonio, a troupe of squirrel monkeys decided to grace us with a show. This particular species is endangered and only live in this part of the world. Even here, they are rarely seen. It was a real treat. They jumped from our roof over our heads to the surrounding trees.
Ranthambore fort, at the moment the most amazing fort in India for me, the mokeys are so close and friendly, these one just relax in front of my eyes and enjoy the wonderfull sunset in the National Park
I heard the complaints about color pooling. I understood them. But I never really felt the pain until I knit these little buggers. Shown unblocked, after being worn in my sneakers all day. :-)
