Modular origami. Made this a few years ago. It later became a peacock, then a boat, then a flower and then in the bin.

An old design with a slightly different assembly method. Don't know if you can see the difference but I like it much more this way!
Main living quarters complete with big tv, sofa, lazy boy, bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with alarm clock and lamp. Far end is the minimal kitchen just enough for what a bachelor needs.
Consolidating Lego sets 40178, 40305, 60097, and 5005358 into one Modular Building Lego Store.
First floor will include the pick a brick wall, the "Cash Wrap," shelves of product, and displays. The Second floor will have additional shelves of products and displays. A Third floor will hold the Manager's office, the stock room, employee bathroom, and the minifig factory assembly, somehow....
10214 Alternative build: modular train station. Entirely made with parts from set 10214. I’ve only added some stickers from an Xtra set and a clock face (there’s also an alternative that only uses parts from the set)
This project was partly about the ideas of modularity but also communicating a sequence or progression in design. The shape we were to build was an icosahedron, one of five platonic solids. We were to show how the icosahedron was formed out of a number of triangles.
Created by the Dutch artist Jansen Son this exhibit "Modular Installation DN19 in Light Grey" is scheduled for transfer to the Tate Modern in October.

Couldn't tell you the name of the model. Found it in Tomoko's book Unit Origami Fantasy...entirely in japanese :)
Entertainment area for the bachelor pad, including bbq with it's own chef, a portable gas patio heater, table and chairs to sit 7 people and a telescope to view the stars or spy on whats happening in town.
The architect Shigeru Ban, created this national disaster refugee camp using recycled shipping containers. The modular nature of them allows for as many to be connected as necessary.

Modern modular homes are most comfortable home these days. Modular homes are built in sections in a factory setting, indoors, where they are never subjected to unfavorable weather conditions.

Years ago when Aaron P. made 6 trapezoids, we both noted that the “truncation” of the polygons which made them trapezoids was not strictly speaking necessary. For the trapezoids could be triangles. Yet (as far as I know), this was never folded until now.
