Tilt Modular is an innovative, forward thinking concept that seeks to establish a foundation for future projects on the site and be a catalyst for the larger community.
This infill site currently houses an RT station with service to downtown Sacramento, which will be incorporated into the design through the final stages. The initial phase will have two buildings for retail and offices. Across the street will be a public art component to draw more foot traffic and give the area a more populated and urban feel.
The design concept and materials used are in keeping with the architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
Entertainment area for the bachelor pad, including bbq with it's own chef, a portable gas patio heater, table and chairs to sit 7 people and a telescope to view the stars or spy on whats happening in town.
I got the LEGO Pet Shop & Apartment Modular (10218) and the Toy Shop Creative set (31035) and moc'd the latter into a "modular." :)
This thing is purely awesome. It can split into three different sections: a nosecone, a cockpit, and an engine. I built this for my minifigure Gordon. He is awesome too.

Update on the modular Vault project. Some new segments. I feel like the walls are not detailed enough. Anybody got some ideas on how to incorporate the sheat-steel construction of the Vaults on that scale?
Main living quarters complete with big tv, sofa, lazy boy, bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet with alarm clock and lamp. Far end is the minimal kitchen just enough for what a bachelor needs.
