As announced I present you something different from the usual Fantasy Castle themed MOCs I’ve build past 2years.
It’s my very first try building sort of Modular Houses and my biggest MOC to date. Around 6000 pieces went into this.
The MOC consists of 4 major modules, the houses itself don’t have an interior. it isn’t even possible in the first house (Dark Bley/Olive Green) due to space taken for constructing the windows and door.
I’m planning to create a fully Modular building with interior later on this year tho.
Parisian, built to the same scale as set 10230: Mini Modulars. I took a lot of influence from other builders on this one, so credit where it's due: the front roof design is a very gently modified version of Chricki's brilliant design on Rebrickable, and the general window spacing/proportions are based on fgee's model.
I realized only as I was editing the photos that I made the dumpster's lid light gray instead of the dark gray that it should be. Oh well!
LEGO modular post office.
6455 parts.
Building instruction is available at: rebrickable.com/users/peedeejay/mocs/
This was one of the most challenging facades I ever built, but I‘m quite happy how it turned out. Inside you can find also an architect‘s office. This gave me the chance to try some microscale building for the first time.

The Magellan Modular Starship is a system that allows the user to easily customize their starship to meet their own unique requirements. Whether you need a battle cruiser, transport, or simply a luxury starship, the Magellan Modular Starship is precisely what you need.
Please check out the modular construction group. While my SHIP is using a 10x10x10 standard, I would still love to see more people building space using this style of modularity.
Miss Beatrice Birch is stocking the shelves of her new bookstore "Birch Books", which was recently built in Lynn's LEGO City :-)
The second and third floor of the building are still under construction (as is the townhouse next door) but once the project is completed, I think it will be very popular with the residents :-)

Lego bookstore modular inspired by A.Masow Architects concept store. There are four apartments above the bookstore. The modular house can be opened at the back and is fully furnished. About 6500 bricks. Computer rendering but only existing bricks/colors were used. Reference images.
This is my entry for the Music To Our Ears contest on Lego Ideas.
One of the best things about music is that there are so many different styles of it. What better way to discover them all than at a music store! Celebrate the wide variety of music genres and musical instruments and relive the heyday of music stores with this modular building!
This corner building is comprised of a music store and a record shop on the ground floor and several apartments on the upper floors. Each apartment is themed after a popular music genre to suit the style of its inhabitant. The architect of the building designed it to look like a group of giant instruments to represent the four different types of instruments: An electric guitar (stringed), a clarinet (wind), a drum set (percussion), and a turntable (electronic). The floors can be separated to play inside.
This 2589pcs set is not only a great addition to anyone's modular buildings display, but also a fun playset that can serve as a home for your CMF musicians. Comes with 2 store owners and a new Classical Musician!
8x8 mini-modular designed for the Rebrick Mini-building Madness 2017 contest (3D model, no restriction on part colors).
The future is now! Except it was yesterday. And it didn't happen. Welcome to the museum of the amazing science fiction of the 50's, the crazy predictions for the future, flying cars and cheesy robots. May contain traces of radiation, do not stay in for prolonged periods of time.
This is my seventh modular building, designed & built in summer 2020. It has around 5500 pieces, and features three businesses: Bakery and Toy Store occupy the ground floor, the second floor is taken up by Benny's Robot & Droid Repair Shop. The top two floors contain one spacious apartment.
by Elizabeth Zimmermann
Pattern source: The Opinionated Knitter / Elizabeth Zimmermann
Yarn: Jo Sharp Silkroad DK Tweed, 7 x 50 g, colourway 411 granary, and Debbie Bliss Merino DK, 1,3 x 50 g, colourway 225202
Needles: 4 mm
I started out with 152 stitches, and the size is perfect for Onni. Yay! I made the sleeves too long hoping he would be able to wear this jacket a little longer.
This took a long time to knit, mainly because of the yarn. It's definitely not a favourite of mine. I sticks to my needles and makes knitting very uncomfortable. I'm happy with the finished jacket though, I think it looks very cute on my boy. And Onni has announced the jacket to be "not very itchy", which is high praise indeed.
NOTE: The building is copied by me from this: ideas.lego.com/projects/dffbf5e2-9789-49f0-811c-d1645f80672c Please support the project.
This is a draft for my new modular for this year.
A modular school.
Building instruction is available at: rebrickable.com/users/peedeejay/mocs/
Every city needs a school! The build spans among 3 baseplates and consists of 10 modules. The baseplates can be separated from each other for easy transportation. The complete model weighs about 10kg and has 14417 parts.
The front part contains the main entrance, some trees and a bus stop. The roof areas contain the ventilation units, photovoltaics and the clock.
The ground floor contains the main entrance hall with washrooms for boys and girls. The right wing of the ground floor contains a standard classroom for maths and literature. The left wing of the ground floor contains the music classroom, featuring a piano, drums and some other instruments.
The middle floor contains a cafeteria, where the students can get a quick bite and some refreshments. The left wing of the middle floor contains an IT-classroom and it seems the students are well stocked on mobile devices. The right wing of the middle floor contains the science classroom. At the moment some experiments are ongoing in the chemistry class.
The upper floor contains the library.
Celebrating my 9th piece of modern architecture in the archiBRICKture series, the modular LEGO Store is a colorful and clean building where both adults and kids will find all the joy with the LEGO bricks!
The design rips off all colors except on the front door, above where you can find all the different colors of LEGO bricks, the signature of this brand. Next to the door is the giant wooden sculpture of minifigure, and people will have no difficulty to locate the store!
The new building introduces different curves and round corners to soften the block massing, giving the facade a subtle but interesting look. The curves also go around the facade cut-out for the minifigure statue and the glass wall behind it, which allows sunlight to enter the shop.
There are 3 floors and a rooftop. Inside, you can find all the popular box sets including the latest ones, a Pick-A-Brick corner, a children play area and a LEGO factory machine display. On the rooftop, you can have some refreshments, or share ideas if there is any MOC event.
So now you have a new place to haunt, what are you waiting for?

For the STG (Starfighter Telephone Game). Though I am still not sure who this should ship to, and we are ironing that out, I wanted to post the images.
The goal was to make it modular like the original Blacktron line and this build is exactly what I hoped it would be when I signed up for this round like three years ago. Lol.
It has ten different, completely interchangeable modules, which can combine in a ridiculously high number of ways.
I am extremely proud of this build and it will be very difficult to part with, but I believe whoever ends up with it will be very very pleased.
this is my first model from this kind of unit i have ever folded, something around 500 units =)
it was a christmas gifft for my mum.
After 3 attempts I made a decent looking modular building for my city. I do need to do more on the exterior, and currently the interior doesn't exsists yet.
Funny thing is I went for a modern looking building but somehow ended up with this
Started this aaaaaaages ago. I originally started this mod for my Ghost figure, as he has a grey ACR in the MW2 level 'Loose Ends'. I didn't do particularly well; to finish this, I ended up having to add putty to fix the accidents made while filing. :P
So yes. I've used the classic Brickarms G36 as the base, and I've painted, sculpted, and glued a bunch of stuff onto it.
The stock is completely scratch-built from plastic card and a coupla squares of e-tape.
The rails are made of plastic card, cut into miniscule strips and glued. Bloody painstaking process, but I like the result.
With all the modular madness going on recently, I decided to make it modular. I elected not to make removable sights, since that would have interfered with the rails and I wanted to leave them intact. But the magazine is interchangable, and you can add a foregrip or grenade launcher.
So yeah. Comments and criticism appreciated! This is for an upcoming figure.
Now that I actually look at this photo, it's not a particularly flattering one. Oh well. It looks far less messy in real life; cameras tend to pick up little details.
