Cheap, and under $4 total including the loup ($3.99) and the peep (free). The peeps cost about $3-4 new.

After comparing the model to the real courthouse, I realized that this side had four windows on each level. This required ordering more windows, a bigger arch, and realigning the windows on top.
Got tired of the "all glass" (black) nose and added LBG (because I didn't have a white inverted 1x2 curved slope). Because I didn't like the clash against the White on the rest of the underside, I swapped out for Light Blue Gray, even on the stepped 2x2 that is attached to the engine bell.
If you squint just enough, you can see one of the two hinged 1x2's that help hold this thing together along with the stepped 2x2's and engine bell. When everything's assembled, it's pretty swooshable.

Okay, guys, I think I like it more now. I've modified the seat, lengthening the bike four studs. I've modified the footrests and handlebars in more detail. I've added that silkscreened part to the engine. I've added a brake light to the rear and filled in the gaps between the frame and the rear wheel. Of course, I didn't have to take the last photo. 😋
A million headlamps on the front of a Vespa called "The Black Bitch" found on the streets in Chester.
Used sewing string for the paws since the bigger string couldn't fit @.@ Also got splashed, but that's not a problem since I"m going for darkest dark
I've also removed the cat for the moment. This is mainly as I don't want to destry it while tuning the engine as they don't like too rich a mix. I'll put it back on when I'm done as I don't like polluting for the sake of it.
Job #1 was to attach saddle to the bar and it had to be perfectly square. Problem was that Vixen bar has 12° angle so regular toolmakers square wasn't good for this job. I used large V-block that has 2 faces perfectly square and to make sure that the bar is in full contact with V-block I used old toolmaker's trick by placing 2 thin shim strips between V-block and bar. If one can be pulled it is not square.
