This Eye-catching PC Mod will turn you into a PC geek instantaneously!: viralgamesnews.com/green_led_light_pc_mod.html
This is a well planned document with most of the required information being covered. It demonstrates that you have a good understanding of what information needs to be recorded. You could include some additional details: under the walls heading: tick box options for decorative details such as panelling etc and a note referring to the location of the boiler and whether radiators need to be boxed/replaced/removed. I would also include a heading for security system with some tick box options and existing plumbing. You could allow for sketches by including template sketch sheets which have space to fill which room they relate to... 15/20
(To be honest, I lost interest in this part of the project - and it was holding up my submission of everything else, so decided to just send it in. It's worth considering how many marks are allocated to each part of a project, I think).

A very comprehensive questionnaire that is through and includes all the relevant details, you might considering asking if there are any existing plans for the property as these help you with initial planning ideas before you do your site survey. (we have been given one, haven`t we?? I lost a point for that!! grrr) The document is well laid out and clearly divided into sub-sections.
You have demonstrated a clear understanding of the brief.
This is a very well designed questionnaire, you have though of your personal branding and the layout makes it easy to identify the various sections, you have used tick boxes for speed of answering and the colour coding makes the presentation very professional, you might consider printing on both sides to save paper.

"Well done, this is a beautifully presented colour wheel with bold, solid colours that have been produced with paint. Nice straight lines between the different colours and overall a very smart colour wheel.
The card used is a little flimsy. Using a thicker card and/or laminating the colour wheel would make it more hardwearing. Other than that, this is excellent work.
You have achieved the correct sequence of colours and most of the colours are accurate. However the red-violet contains a little too much black so is a shade of red-violet instead of the pure-colour.
The overlays are well cut and smartly produced with neat labelling. You have achieved the correct relation to the colour harmonies."

"Well done. You have achieved full marks for this section of project work!
This is an excellent example of a survey sheet that is very comprehensive and you have clearly given a lot of thought to every aspect of surveying the space. There is also plenty of space to include sketches and photos.
One small tip, you may find it useful to include a reference number for each photo/sketch.
Excellent and very professional looking survey sheet. A spiral bound document with a contents sheet at the front making it easy to navigate through the pages.
Excellent use of tick boxes and lots of space provided to include pictures and sketches. "

"Well done. This is an excellent set of inked plans and you have almost achieved maximum marks.
The plans and overlays line up correctly, your title block and key is neatly produced, as is your furniture layout and traffic flow diagram.
You have included a folder containing detailed information within your survey sketches and survey sheets which has helped you to draw your plans accurately.
Your drawing technique is very neat and you have correctly applied many of the KLC technical drawing conventions. Your furniture has been well drawn with a good level of detail and where appropriate, you've rounded off the furniture and added accessories to give a more realistic look. Well done for using the correct hierarchy of pens to add visual interest and to create more professional looking drawings.
Just a couple of points to note. The threshold line should be drawn just above the door jambs. Whilst doing this course, use one of the "approved" north point as illustrated in the online KLC Technical Drawing Conventions. Otherwise, this is excellent work. "
Another good set of drawings. Some of the comments for the other two rooms apply here too. There are a few more points which will enhance your technical drawing: a bigger scale of 1:25 allows you to include more detail. You could have gained more marks by adding details for example plug holes, taps, showerhead, toilet roll holder etc. Use templates such as circle, oval templates or France curves to draw particular shapes such as the toilet, curved part of the basin ... 33/40
(Yes, I did struggle with the curves - fine when in pencil, but not so good with ink!)
Originally for Module 1 of DSLR Skills, This one also follows my View52. We have been looking to upgrade C's guitar this week. My Mum and Dad came over to Chester with us to try out some guitars - and C was treated to a new strap. I took a few shots and she chose this one - so it's my View52 this week.
I'm enjoying shooting in B&W for Mod1. Although I don't like being reastricted to JPEG I like seeing immediately how things look in mono. No editing except resizing as per Mod1
This is something I will definitely try more of
Tutors comments: This was well mounted concept board, but possibly a little over-full of images? Never put anything on a concept board which is related to the surfaces of a room/furniture etc, Your flooring for example, is out of place; so are the fabrics - a concept board needs to be more abstract.
