25/25 This is a very good start and you have definitely understood the idea of a client questionnaire. There is some good detail here but in some areas try not to be too specific i.e. giving 3 options on manufacturer of sanitary ware may lead your client to think that is the only choice. If you are looking to ascertain what style your client likes then word the question a little more loosely as you have done when enquiring about WC styles. Good line of questioning regarding storage, this is so important and one area which needs a great deal of attention and thought and can often be overlooked.
Well done this is an excellent survey sheet; you have considered all the relevant details.
As with your questionnaire it is very well designed and professionally presented.

Marks 20/20
Tutor commented "Very detailed and covers all aspects...plenty of space for drawing, tick boxes, clearly divided and referenced..."
19.5/20 Again really very thorough. The only comment would be the space left for drawings is a little small, however this could be a reference point for a drawing number which is appears in an appendix. Clearly and professionally presented. Brilliant! ( I spend a VERY long time doing this and are glad I did hit the right spot )
A heavily modified civilian SCAR-17S with a third-party lower receiver. And handguard. And Barrel. And bipod. And stock. Seriously, the only SCAR 17S parts are the bolt and the upper. Even the upper is slightly modified.
Takes M14 magazines and fires 7.62x51mm, and is decently accurate and powerful down range.
"It's no .50 BMG or .338 Lapua, but it'll do."
39/40 This is one of the best colour wheels I've seen, it's very professionally executed. The colours sequence is correct. It's difficult to get the colours exactly right, you've done well but the transition through the blues is a little too subtle and the yellow is a bit dirty. Apart from that it's great. The overlays are correct and work well. (I didn't actually spend that much time doing this. The colour wheel is printed rather than painted. One good tip is to get a circular cutter.)

18.5/20 The warm golden and orange tones of the oranges and netting really evoke a felling of heat, these coupled with the sunset and sea image work very well.
This is a good first concept and you've certainly grasped the idea.
Try to make the images as abstract as possible and concentrate on colour, texture and most importantly mood.
The key to a good concept is not to think too much about it as it's all about the emotional response.
Be careful not to over work it, 3-4 good large images is plenty.
