No one saw her .I spent all week looking for her , walk from door to door , check all area .Posted on Social Media, Reported to Shelters, called Animal Hospital. Nothing .
I'm loosing hope that will see her again .
"Sean Walsh, 26, from Dungarvan in County Waterford, has not contacted anyone since he was last seen five days ago, which is “completely out of character” for him, according to his sisters.
Mr Walsh was last seen by his flatmates at his home in Randwick in Sydney’s eastern suburbs about 3am last Sunday. According to friends he had not been himself in recent days, was withdrawn and kept to himself, and had disappeared without taking any of his belongings.
An extensive air and land search by police of nearby suburbs, beaches and parklands failed to uncover any sign of Mr Walsh, who has lived in Australia since November as part of a round-the-world trip.
His worried sisters Brid and Mairhead flew to Sydney this week to begin their personal search for their brother, who they said usually contacts the family in Ireland at least once or twice a week via the phone, email or the Facebook social networking site.
“He has a very close relationship with my mother and the rest of us, and is in regular contact. For him to go missing like that is completely out of character," Brid Walsh told the Sydney Morning Herald.
"It doesn't make any sense to any of us. We have no explanation at all. We have nothing to follow through as to why this has happened. His parents are absolutely worried, but they have a lot of support from home."
Meanwhile friends have set up a website – www.seanwalshmissing.com – and have begun posting messages on social networking sites to widen the search on the internet.
Gill Mahoney, a friend of Ms Walsh, posted a message on a Lonely Planet travel forum seeking information and asking people to forward the message on in the hope that a chain mail will uncover new information.
“Brid and her sister Mairead are currently in Sydney searching but they are only two people and any information would be greatly appreciated,” she wrote on the site. “We all know someone over there and you would never know who could have seen him in Sydney over the weekend.”
Mr Walsh was applying for a job as a biomedical engineer and had been active in Sydney’s tight-knit Irish community, where he was a popular member of the local Gaelic football. He was set to fly back to Ireland later this month for a holiday with his family.
NSW police have appealed to the public for any information about the whereabouts of Mr Walsh, for whom they hold “serious concerns for his welfare”.
“We have escalated our response based on the concerns of the family,” Detective Inspector Paul Pisanos of Maroubra Police said.
“We are not treating it as a suspicious death, but as a high risk missing person. It is definitely out of character.”
Looks like my beloved Lamy pen has gone …. last used in Air Coffee Castle Hill but no where to be found… though I always live in hope that it might turn up somewhere.
I am not totally Lamy-pen less as I have my gold nib black and sliver Joy which is a little heavier and a little too expensive to lose (the nib is worth a lot more than the pen). I much prefer the older model(black and red) to use and my hand has a special bond with it… I put that pen in my hand and the creative juices just start pumping… not to mention the travels that we have had together.
I am not easily able to replace the black and red Joy as it is no longer available here in Australia… so might try to source it overseas…
I have been having a bad run lately….. a few weeks ago I lost the necklace I wore nearly every day for years (it has definitely gone- fell out of my pocket one morning) and my tom tom and sunglasses disappeared 2 weeks ago only to re-emerge on the weekend in strange locations. But these are only 'things' and ultimately not that important….just a touch frustrating that I seem to be so careless/scatter brained at the moment!
These were posted up all over my block this last week.
At first I laughed, because people are normally looking for a missing dog or cat, then I pondered if it was a joke or not. I’m guessing it’s not a joke???? Who knows.

She almost looks like one of those peasants in Monthy Python's Flying Circus. The only thing missing here would be a knotted handkerchief on her head. And apart from that, I think she looks pretty sexy, ironically...
The Missing Man formation serves to remind us of those who sacrificed their future for that of our nation, and is a tradition which dates back to World War II. The symbolic moment when a single aircraft breaks formation and soars skyward, leaving behind the others, albeit with a missing man in their ranks.
It seems that the little creature had her own ideas about sleeping in the barn .... she is off! He only meant for her to behave herself but now maybe she is gone for good. :(
