This was one of my favourite photos from a recent trip. The colours were Bold and Bright through the image which took away from the focal point. I played around with removing the colour out of the rest of the image minus the flags. This was the final result and I love how it came out. The image is a modified JPEG image from my Olympus E-M10 II
First ever trip to Southend on Sea. Unsurprisingly, it's by the Sea!
It was a last minute attempt to go somewhere different for the day, but seemingly we left the better weather at home. With a high of 14c and 20mph winds, my decision of wearing shorts was a bold one.
I took two cameras with me today. My Olympus E-M1 II with the 12-45 F4 Pro, and my E-M10 II with the TTArtisan 25mm F2.
Trip out to some new places around Wales today, I came across this lovely open area whilst walking across to Talacre Beach. I was awaiting the predicted storm all day, but thankfully very little rain fell whilst out with the camera.
A second day out playing with a new lens. The OM-System 40-150mm F4-F5.6. This lens only cost £109 new, and I have been really impressed with this lens for value for money. It's surprisingly sharp for an entry level lens. Especially with good light.
This set of photos were taken at Wake the Tiger in Bristol, England. This was my second visit, but first time with a camera. Later in 2026 they are opening a new project in London, so I look forward to visiting once it has opened.

My first trip to Llandudno recently, I parked at the local Nature Reserve and got the Gondolas back down in to the Town. The Pier was very busy except for this quite moment by the grabber machines

First trip to Draycote Reservoir in about 25 years. We were promised Blue skies but as per usual it came out at mile 4.5 of the 5 mile loop.
This view looks southeast towards a distant ridge line from atop Shwesandaw pagoda, at over 3,800 temples and pagodas built between the 9th and 13th centuries by the Pagan Kingdom. In the foreground, to the left and center, are the modestly-sized Myauk and Taung Guni (North and South Guni) temples, the latter covered with spectators. On the right, about a mile in the distance, is the much larger, grand Dhammayazika pagoda. Scaffoldings visible on many temples are for repairs following the 6.8-magnitude earthquake that struck the valley just 4 months before this photo was taken. Although Bagan was not granted UNESCO world heritage status during our 2016 visit, that status was finally granted just last year.
