Picked up a Nikon 55mm f:3.5 Micro-Nikkor Ai at the Portland Camera Swap yesterday, and put it on my Sony A7SII that just came back from Advanced Camera repair last week. I plan on using this camera/lens combo to digitally copy some of my old 35mm, medium, and large format negatives.
I took them both out this morning for some local snaps here in town just to try them out, and it made a good excuse for morning walk.

The Lipstick Building is a 453-foot tall skyscraper located at 885 Third Avenue, between East 53rd Street and 54th Street, across from the Citigroup Center in Manhattan, New York City, United States. It was completed in 1986 and has 34 floors.
Happenstance build while sorting through the curved slopes and found these dark red in quantity. Not perfect but it will do for now until something better comes up...
I wanted to make a micro version of the Forgotten Temple as well as make instructions for it. The instructions are free on my rebrickable page (link in bio) So if you want to make this or the Micro Hunters Dream for yourself you can. If you are just curious to see how they go together you are more than welcome to take a look.
I do want to make instructions more often for my builds but they do take a lot longer to finish and test. I also like to use odd pieces in my builds that aren’t available digitally which limits a lot of options for making builds, so unfortunately I won’t make instructions for every build I post.
I’m wanting to make micro versions of every show build I make because I have to take them apart pretty quickly afterwards and the shows are pretty much the only time I get to see them fully assembled. I do like to keep little souvenirs from the show builds but a tiny version is a nice little display piece to act as a reminder of what I have made. Who knows maybe after 50 years I can just display the micro builds instead…
This leafhopper (thank you Ampro for the id.) was so small ( about 3mm) that I almost did not see it with the naked eye.
It's not a particularly good image, I know, but considering my efforts in taking it as the minute bug kept moving round and round, I think that I could not get it sharper! I still want to share it with you as I think that it is worth seeing the amazing micro world !

I built one of these years ago and never actually took any photos, so here is the new version of what may be the World's Smallest Working Lego Train Layout! :P
My 8th build for the CCC XVI! I love rockwork, so this was a really fun build. The buildings were also enjoyable to make, and my favorite is The tower next to the steps which is leaning! Hope you like it!
Based on 4950 The Loader-Dozer, released in 1999.
Not my finest work, but I wanted to share this micro Rock Monster. The main body is a no pattern mini Piraka head and the back is a pair of those guns that shoot studs. I don't have many parts in this color so I had to improvise.
I came across this Drift Micro Bar at Hope Square, Brewer's Quay in Weymouth, was impressed the layout of the bar but it was empty apart from one barman, it's now permanently closed to be redeveloped into shops and residential apartments.
My three micro helicopter I have already finished. UH-60 Black Hawk, Eurocopter Tiger, AH64 Apache (left to the right)

Years after the Chrysler Group disbanded Dodge, they resurrected it as a performance brand, and thus the days of a factory Dodge GARC racer was born.
Exact same design as Jacob's newest GARC. I only had the parts to build it in white and thought - what the heck, let's make it simple!
Some subtle stickering to make the ship look weathered is the highlight of this girl, along with the Ram on the upper right wing. That was a pain to sticker....
