Well, our family is moving. We are moving about 1,100 miles away. My hubby has already moved and is looking at houses with our realtor as I type this. It is killing me not to be able to look with him. So to keep myself occupied, I decided to play with a "we've moved" card, and this is how it turned out. To see complete details on how I created it along with a close-up photo, please see my post here:

This is my 6x6 page for today's Hymn & Scripture Challenge. Our word and study this week are on the hymn "Take my Life and Let it Be." The scripture I used was:
Hebrews 12:14 "Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord."
I thought this verse was so perfect because if I am not consecrated to the Lord daily, then how will anyone see Him in me and come to know Christ? I used the washi tape as a reminder to me to live for Him daily. To see more photos and to read the entire study, please see my post here:

Papers: Memory Box mango distressed dots, Bo Bunny Country Garden
Stamp Ink: Tim Holtz black soot
Embellishments: Probe card, Making Memories tiny alpha, Distress Stickles walnut stain, Tim Holtz tiny attacher, Prima wood buttons, Paper Trey ink buttons, Basic Grey writer's block tag, May Arts black twine, misc. washi tape, sewing machine
This one was fun. Used memory box papers and dies. Memory Box graphite paper was cut with the puffy clouds die and "pounched" with Ranger Distress Picket Fence Stain. These look exactly how I wanted them to look. Love it when that happens! Memory box petite umbrella was cut twice in red. Ranger black enamel accents were coated on one umbrella. I cut the top and bottom off of the second umbrella and covered it with Inkssentials glossy accents, and then Ranger white enamel accents for the cool polka dots. This piece is pop doted on the other umbrella. The puddles are Memory Box simple swirl. I almost think I like the negative of these swirls better than the simple swirls. Under the umbrella isn't getting wet, so just the simple swirl works, while the bigger swirl is due to more rain making puddles. :) Used glossy accents for the rain. Inside sentiment says ....play in the puddles.
