mediumformat photos on Flickr

This is one of my first attempts at shooting slide film (fuji 400X). Scanned on Nikon CoolScan. Sky looks interesting. The trees by now finished blooming, I was lucky to catch them during their last days looking like that. The shot was done with Bessa III medium format camera.

Because I am an absolute egit I managed to actually fold this frame in half. Still scanned OK, but 6*7 strips are a bit more fiddly in the scanner. Need to be careful.

Sliced poached lamb, sold here under the guise of a "Nanxiang specialty" - which it is not. Stick to dumplings if you go to Nanxiang. Sesame candy crisps are good too. If you want lamb get yourself over to Chongming island.
