The step well Panna Meena ka Kund in Amer, close to Jaipur, India. The well reminds me of some prints by the Dutch graphic artist M.C. Escher.

This frame looks like an outlier, different from other ones. I have no idea why (probably used settings for ISO 200 instead of ISO 100).

the brilliant glory of Summer is over. it will linger for several more weeks, but its majesty has passed. the leaves will start to turn, the wind will pick up a chill, the bird will begin their mysterious migrations. Autumn is rising. Thoughts will turn to hearths and holidays, and gold and red will rise in our visual imaginations.
