L’architecture classique et les sculptures allégoriques témoignent du savoir-faire et du symbolisme des sépultures d’autrefois.

On distingue un édicule de style classique, orné de colonnes et coiffé d’un fronton triangulaire richement décoré.

An afternoon stop on my way to North Conway in New Hampshire rewarded me with a tranquil view on Mount Chocorua, by the lake, named after this peak. I cannot tell what pleases me more: the subtlety of the autumn colors or the gesture of the birch, leaning toward the distant mountain.
the brilliant glory of Summer is over. it will linger for several more weeks, but its majesty has passed. the leaves will start to turn, the wind will pick up a chill, the bird will begin their mysterious migrations. Autumn is rising. Thoughts will turn to hearths and holidays, and gold and red will rise in our visual imaginations.
