From my Dads Archive
In my ongoing mission to archive my Dads photography I'm now working on his medium format film. I am not spotting these as it takes to much time and in many cases not possible.

The fountain at the Seattle Center used to be much cooler when it had deadly spikes all over it's surface, ready to impale unwary children who dared to risk it's watery embrace!
Finally figured out why I didn't like the negative film scans I got out of the Nikon LS9000 scanner - I assigned the wrong profile to the scan. Now that I've got that fixed, I'm pleased with the negative scans as well: scan as 48bit HDR file with Silverfast, assign the IT8-calibrated scanner profile, convert with ColorPerfect in Photoshop and then convert to the ProPhoto color space. Only minor color balance tweaks are needed.

Kodak D-96 (stock), 8 minutes. 1 minute initial agitation with swizzle stick then 10 seconds per minute after. Stop bath. Foma Fix.
