K got held up at work, so it was up to me to do the cooking. The recipe called for a huge amount of dried chillis. Even though we love spicy food, I erred on the side of caution and added about 1/3 fewer than the recipe said, but we still ended up not being able to finish the curry. Oops.
I've added some coconut milk to the leftovers in the hope it will somewhat tame the heat.
Cooking fail!
