Early morning sun paints the sky as a CSX southbound is lined at NS Tower in Lima. The train will cross over to the main at Eureka Street, the next interlocking south.
Well I said "If you are looking for the Happy Medium, then youve found me!" Looks like a happy future here in the cards for you!

作りたいカラーが増えすぎて絞るだけでも気の遠くなる作業でしたが

On this, my second visit to Trevaylor Woods (Penzance), the light wasn't quite as nice as my first visit - devoid of any mist and more overcast / darker. But... I came away with this (while, crossing my fingers for better, "magical," conditions for future visits).
While wandering the woods I spotted these foreground moss-covered boulders (that looked like "rock trolls" to me!) basking in some diffused light. I then looked for a distant focal point - and used the gnarly tree, which stood out amongst the greenery.

This was a very fun photo series I did back in the spring. During one of my visits to the local Hamburg Beach there was a lot of drift wood pushed up the beach after the fall and winter seasons and some of it was rather picturesque. It happens every year and is ... #etbtsy

Macro Mondays theme: Mediums
I had a hard time carving out time for Macro Mondays this week but I hate missing one. This is a calligraphy pen and a current shot of a sample I did years ago.

This is an old chrome of mine that has been scanned. It was shot with a (used) Mamiya 645 without a light meter or prizm finder. I guessed the exposure and thought I would get nothing, but it was worth a try. When I got my film back I was thrilled, I never expected it to come out. These two were at a temple celebration in Sanur, Bali in 1994.
Went shooting again today, and going shooting tomorrow, and most likely this entire week until I truly burn out. Hope everyone is having a great weekend so far! Time change tonight! +1 for getting more daylight!
The nikon is Jared's, I'm a canon shooter =).
