Cow Parsnip
This plant can grow to ten feet tall! At first, I thought it was the dangerous Giant Hogweed (Heracleum mantegazzianum), but fortunately I was wrong. Giant Hogweed has purple patches on the stems, while Cow Parsnip's stems are green. The flower cluster of Giant Hogweed is up to three feet wide and umbrella-shaped, Cow Parsnip's is mo more than a foot and a half, and flat-topped.
Even Cow Parsnip can be pretty toxic; its sap is a photosensitizer, and exposure to sun after contacting it can result in severe burns, but this effect is much rarer than with Giant Hogweed.
My tank is not full!
My family has a lot of cars. We drive a lot of miles just working. I'm sure my neighborhood service station operator would prefer we fill our tanks. But here's the problem.
