上賀茂手作市集：楓葉下的小攤

Amazing how light changes the character of the landspace around us and I was lucky enough that it brought out another side to this beautiful tree.

Fall is here and I couldn’t resist doing a backlit leaf shot of some maples.

I spotted these green maple seeds today. When I was little we used to collect them after they fell off the trees, peel them, and pretend we were making bean soup.

A walk around the garden on this beautiful late autumn morning.

Our sugar maple tree is pretty much at its peak for color right now. It holds onto its leaves longer each year, and usually keeps a lot of them through Halloween.
