This Maple is trying to get all the fall colors into one day on one tree!

This beautiful colored flower is known as “Red Maple”, also known by its Latin name “Acer rebrum”. This Flower is typically found in the New England area of north of America and it’s only in a short period of time during the summer – fall that the flower riches its beautiful and brilliant fiery red color. This flower belongs to the “Aceraceae family”, a particularly flower specie. This flower is also classified as been a Homologous and a dicot.

Taken in late fall, 2009, after the rain, before the leaves fell off the next week in a windstorm.
