Goats can eat 8lbs of vegetation a day including brush and leafy greens making them super stars at clearing out thick invasive species in rocky areas that cannot be managed with mowing. These goats helped clear Wild Parsnip, Honeysuckle, Burdock and Ragweed around the former Matz farmstead in 2021.
Beautiful trees I discovered recently. These are sustainably farmed in managed woodland on the Windsor Estate, and can be bought with or without root. They also offer tree recycling after the Christmas season.

Managing your food intake

God invented food as fuel for human bodily activity, as a social event, and to show his goodness by giving it flavor, which brings us no small pleasure.
It’s truly amazing, though, to realize how many other uses people have for meals: self-medicating when under stress (nothing makes you forget your troubles like a box of donuts), rewarding yourself for hard work or some achievement, showing off, or massaging insecurity by stunning your dinner guests into a food coma.
We could all stand to be more intentional about what we shove down the ol’ piehole. Sometimes we eat out of boredom, social pressure, or just plain sugar cravings. Daniel and his friends chose to be very intentional about their food intake. “Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink. God doesn’t demand that you become a vegan. But do think about what you are going to put into your mouth today. God Bless

Managed to sneak up on this guy from behind a big flower pot tub, hence was able to get within about 10 feet of him. Would be interested to know what the hole is under it's ear. Checked on the web and can't find out whether it's a normal secondary opening to the ear or a wound. Looks too "precise" to be a wound.
I managed a quick 20 minute walk around the block today with the TZ30 in my coat pocket. The 'boulder' spouts water and sits in the middle of what until just before the last judging round for Britain in bloom was a small rather manky euthrophic duck pond which is now filled with large round stones. The boulder attracts pigeons to drink..
