Today was November 11th, 2011. 11.11.11. Only comes every 100 years. And why is it so special to everyone? Who knows. Maybe because 11:11 is the only time of the day where all numbers are the same. And some myth was to make a wish on 11:11, so 11:11 is defined as a wishing number.
I set up 11 candles in my room and turned all the lights off, I didn't think I'd be doing pictures but it just looked so cool that I did, and they'll be up later. By the time I was done, the clock striked 11:11. I pulled out my list on my phone. 11 wishes. One minute. It was time. It's the one minute in 100 years where every second of time is the same. Who knows, it could be useful. I blew out a wish on every candle, and when I got to my last one, I struggled. The last thing on my list. But it was my greatest wish. After all of them, for the last 3 seconds of 11:11, I rewished by greatest wish, and I knew in the end it would be that.
What I learned is though, even though I doubt any of my great 11 wishes will come true, you should still do it. I think it's important for people to have wishes and dreams because it makes up the person they are and without wishes and dreams you wouldn't have much to look forward to. So make every wish you can and dream every dream you want, because if you really love it that much you will follow it you can achieve it.
and for all the veterans out there, I wish you make it home safe. <3
Sometimes it's a struggle...life gets in the way..but we need to make time, put the effort in....and yes, make big sacrifices.....is it worth it? For me, personally YES.
But it's not suited or even possible for some and I do feel for girls that are hiding every day.
I did 40+ years of it so I know.
Be the best girl you can be...be kind, be considerate, be loving and be understanding....
But be naughty, be cheeky and be a little slutty too....why not!

Flickr Graph is an application that explores the social relationships inside flickr.com. It makes use of the classic attraction-repulsion algorithm for graphs. The user starts exploring its contacts by entering their flickr username or email address, after which the network starts emerging around its own icon. One can also explore uploaded photos by any user present in the graph.

Slight under exposure with a polariser. Exposure then altered in PS to correct (more or less value) on a duplicate layer. Layers then transposed with darker (original) on top. Then gentle feathering and deletion of bottom third of image. Image flattened, applied sharpening, darkened off the sky at the top of the frame a little. Job done.

scena della Fontana della Giovinezza, grazie alla quale si
realizza, immergendovisi, l’antico sogno umano dell’eterna gioventù.
L’ampia scena si suddivide in tre momenti :
1. a sinistra la corsa forsennata di dignitari, cardinali, popolani, borghesi, cavalieri e regine verso la fonte per accedere al miracolo della giovinezza, da tutti rincorso con bramosia. Tutti rivelano volti ormai stanchi e rugosi, corpi esili e ricurvi, malandati e lividi.
2. al centro il momento magico del ritorno alla gioventù e alle bramosie dell’amore con scene di svestizione e il tuffo nella bella vasca di marmo - per poi uscire immediatamente giovani ed innamorati - mentre Cupido dall’alto lancia divertito freccie.
3. a destra la medesima scena, ma questa volta con la vestizione. Tutti belli ed eleganti, con gli occhi dolci e illanguiditi ritornano a vivere l’amore, le feste, la caccia.

Realizes, immersing, the ancient human dream of eternal youth.
The wide scene is divided into three moments:
1. on the left, the strenuous race of dignitaries, cardinals, peoples, bourgeois, knights and queens to the source to gain access to the miracle of youth, from all the ranks with craving. Everyone turns out to be tired and wrinkled faces, slim and curved bodies, scattered and bruises.
2. in the middle the magic moment of returning to youth and the love of love with swirling scenes and diving into the beautiful marble tub - and then get out immediately young and in love - while cupid from the top laughs amused arrows.
3. right the same scene, but this time with dress. All beautiful and elegant, with sweet and illumined eyes return to live the love, the holidays, the hunting.
always looking for something a little different to what I normally post so a different pose makes a change all be it only a slight change.
I had a lovely night out wearing this dress once again, Its such a fab frock to dance around in. The new hair needs to settle in a bit give a few weeks of abuse and it will look as natural as can be.
I took this in the Royal National Park just south of Sydney. It looks like an easy image but was probably one of the most difficult images I've taken - capturing landscapes if you are committed requires a lot of work.
Captured on my Nikon 810 using the 16-35mm lens using a long exposure. Processed in PS CC using my usual processing strategies
