Magic light sunset in Sierra Azul Open Space exuding tranquil mood. The shot was taken while a helicopter happened to patrol over the Open Space, thus giving a sense on scale of these majestic mountains. Hope you find the helicopter in this shot :)
In autumn, the pictures were obtained by investing one night on a Mountain around Dumuldeori, where the clear weather and the sunrise rising above the sea of clouds are almost guaranteed.
Well, not really magic, but rather milk thistle! It actually looks like a succulent in some respects. A very interesting plant for sure, and one that birds love to feast on later in the season when the thistle goes to seed. Best viewed large (L).

It was like a different world I saw
just in this part of the forest
where the beautiful hot sun was only here
as all the little bugs were flying into the sun's fire
everything in this part of the land was just glowing in such a way
that made me feel like nature was saying hello with its magic

Not completely happy with this attempt, I think I will try again another day (if the blossoms last long enough...), but you know.. I get lazy and distracted so this might be the only try so here it is for now..
Magic Of The Jack O Lanterns is a Fall event at Hudson Gardens, in which hundreds of carved pumpkins are placed all throughout in cute and fun displays. At night the pumpkins are all lit and you can walk through, but I haven't been yet.
What do you do when your flying broom is in the shop? Take the magic carpet, of course!
