Our tribute to a very talented artist and wonderful friend, imago2007

#41 on Explore!.. thank you so much!!

Continuing my Sunflower theme. I am uploading (what I call) some of my more natural images. The more 'messed around' with ones will follow in due course :o)

Exquisite and Plentiful... The dragonflies of Malaysia include some of the most exquisite forms found anywhere in the world.

It is because of the hot and wet equatorial or tropical climate of the country, with streams, rivers and forests galore, that are conducive to the existence of these amazing tiny super-helicopters of the world.

Thank you for viewing everyone...

Another Mystery: I honestly didn't mean for this week of flowers to turn into a guessing game, but I'm truly clueless when it comes to horticulture--which is why I need the help of my friends. Again.

Update: Thanks to the astounding knowledge of my talented pal Bettina, we have an answer: it's Red Valerian (Centranthus rubur). Now we're all just a little bit smarter. Thx, B. :)

This looks like a bird in flight to me
