Gila River Gaming Enterprises, Inc. owns and operates three casinos within the Gila River Indian Community including Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, Lone Butte Casino, and Vee Quiva Casino.
Tom Ruggiero is the Director of Hotel Operations. He previously worked for the Pechanga Resort and Casino near San Diego.
Harold Baugus is the chief executive officer of Gila River Gaming Enterprises.
The project was designed by JCJ Architecture whose experience with Native American enterprises includes the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
