Up for auction is a 1980's Bollman USA Lost Ark Fedora hat. This hat is inspired by Steven Spielberg's blockbuster movie Raiders of the Lost Ark which was produced in 1981 and starred Harrison Ford. The hat is in excellent condidtion and has never been worn out. It is made by Bollman U.S.A which is printed in gold on the inside of the hat along with LOST ARK. The tag on the inside of the hat say LARGE WPL 5923 100% WOOL. The hat has feathers attached to it and comes in a Wieboldt's hat box but may have been purchased from Marshall Fields (It is one or the other - they are both out of business so I cannot check). There is some visible damage to the box but not the hat. The feathers on the hat are old, some are a bent and others are beginning to spread out. A few feathers are loose an if they were to fall they can easily be tucked back in. You can even replace the feathers if need be but I personally like the vintage look. The feathers are unique to each hat.

Just a pretty picture of a former allotment area in Kiel destroyed for a shady industrial settlement.
In a world where things change at every turn, it's so easy to get lost! Who would have thought that on a journey in which I would forget where it all began and where I was supposed to go, I would find her looking through the window! Here we are, two souls in an endless stream of green, smiling at destiny through hearts that beat with the satisfaction of not knowing the meaning of the words, "Direction" and "Time"!

Lose Yourself. Find Art. Discover Manchester, 6th-11th June
Lost & Found is a brand new festival of pop-up performance and impromptu art happening across Manchester and at Contact. Featuring a moving theatre on a Metrolink Tram, art in the Arndale and al fresco opera, Lost & Found will be held in a number of non-arts venues and public spaces across Manchester before culminating in a day of innovative work at Contact on Sat 11th June.
Lost & Found has been produced by Re:Con, Contact’s Young Programming and Producing Team. Established in 2010, Re:Con offers young people the opportunity to directly shape Contact’s programme, develop their professional practice and produce their own festival. Re:Con this year are: Phil Brankin, Alex Browning, Jennifer Gaskell and Rachel Moorhouse.
One of the highlights of Lost & Found will be Reykjavik, a stunning promenade performance exploring love, memory and the architecture of the mind. Requiring audience members to wear boiler suits Reykjavik was a hit at last year’s Edinburgh Festival, being nominated for a Total Theatre Award for Innovation and garnering superb reviews.
Other highlights of the festival include A Night of Found Arts -an evening of music and film at Bridgewater Hall’s Piazza on Friday 10th June, If You Speak Then I Will Listen – a one to one performance during which you do the talking and unique dance piece by Mixed Movement during which they will take over the fountains in Picadilly Gardens.

Lost & Found Festival 2011 is supported by Metrolink, Ideas Tap, PoWWow Pedal Power, O2 Think Big, Nexus Art Café and HMV.
Creo que era un vivero o aviar, nunca me toco verlo funcionar, pero pareciera un laboratorio de una isla perdida como la de la serie LOST.
An image of childhood lost. I revisited this image after watching the trailer for the indie movie "General Orders No. 9." I captured this scene a number of years ago, in a rural junkyard outside Logan, Ohio. To see the whiteness of the tires of this kids bike against all the old metal and rust spoke of a certain degree of sadness. The wonder and innocence of children is so easily discarded within the vastness of the self-imposed, secular wasteland of modern progress and the bleakness of simple survival of the adult world.
I wonder which words are "wheat bread" in Chinese... and what the rest means.
