Unknown man presumably from the Blackpool area in the UK. Found in an old musical photographic album.
Here's to being "found" in 2012.
Have a safe and happy New Year, friends.

My memories are not lost - In fact they are sparkly clear - I just thought this was a fitting title - Another shot from Bornholm - I liked the moon in this shot - and purposely worked the OOF method in this to fit it nicely towards a polaroid effect - (the polaroid is post process :-).
I used to struggle with who i was, Personality, Sexuality, Body Image, I was always different, where did i fit in ? I don't belong. Why wasn't i like other boys? Nobody else understood. Sat, waiting for somebody to rescue me, But my Peter didn't come through my window. However i discovered myself, who i actually was, what i stood for and within that i learnt to accept myself, discover who i was, and until that day, until you know who you are and can accept that, that is when others can learn to accept you too. Until that day you will sit there, bleak. Being compressed within your cage, conforming to society. Waiting to break free. Lost Boy...Not anymore
Lost in Swing
Here comes the generational handover: “Lost in Swing”, five young musicians from the Romandie, fans of Duke, Fats, and Sydney. Keep an eye on them!
Here their repertoire: Fats Waller, Gerschwin, Ellington, Lionel Hampton, Sydney Bechet, and Django’s jazz manouche. Lost in Swing is a band made up of five young musicians from Western Switzerland founded in 2013 by vibraphonist Julien Lemoine who brought together some of old friends: guitarist Etienne Loupot, tenor Louis Billette, clarinetist Clément Meunier, and bassist/singer Piotr Wegrowsky. The band learned the ropes in a lab at the jazz department of the Lausanne School of Jazz and Contemporary Music (EJMA), studying with Thomas Dobler (vibraphone), before they started to perform with success in a series of concerts in the Lake Geneva region, from the EJMA auditorium to the festival of Montreux, in 2013. Keep an eye on them!

Ball Python. Hanging out in our driveway this chilly day. Had to have escaped from someone. He looked fed and cared for. We caught him and found him a home with our neighbor, who it turns out, already had one snake. He was about 18 inches long. Definitely not native to these parts...

Meus pensamentos gritam por respostas...
Não consigo mais, como antigamente.
Velhos tempos eram aqueles,
Aqueles que sabia o que fazer.
Hoje vejo-me sem saida,
É em Oraculo, é em Biblia...
Onde está você Respostas,
Preciso de ajuda, para ajudar o proximo.
Quero ter utilidade,
quero ser o mesmo de antes
Quero ajudar quem sempre me ajuda.
Saber o que dizer na hora certa,
é um dom... Queira eu ter esse dom...
Queira eu voltar aos tempos de criança, quando era menos perdido.
One of my favourite pictures. The teachers and the children are totally lost in the music and the dancing.
One of my all time favorite TV show was LOST. Fillmore makes a great "WorkVAN". Get it? Work VAN. You'll have to be a Lostie to get that one! :-)
This was a fun little project -- I wrote and illustrated a short story called lost. :)
