Fog rolls through the mysterious landscape of the Å umava Mountains during a summer sunrise.
We've had stormy and rainy weather the last couple of days - sunshine please come back. :) This picture feels so summery, just what I need today. Have a great weekend everyone!

Another rainy and cold day..... reworked my summer wildflower photo, digitally framed for presentation purpose. Happy Sunday friends.

On Paquetá island, November last year. "Saudade" is a word in Portuguese difficult to translate, but longing, nostalgia and missing something come close. As you can see, the Ponte da Saudade isn't much of a bridge - it just goes out to a few rocks where you can sit and watch the sunset. Spot the bicycle.

Had this image pop in my head of a Lego robot holding a heart shaped balloon and looking into his chest. Had to build it.
During the winter season, we enjoy sunny days with a high probability like this picture.
We can find Mt.Fuji clearly even from Tokyo and the view of it makes us relaxed.
But it's cold …
Now, flowers and myself are waiting for warm season…;)

I think Autumn is my preferred time of the year there, with low sun all day, (though short, which is actually an advantage for me with M.E.), and with the colourful rusty bracken on the fells....though that goes for everywhere in the Lake District too.
This is another reworking of an older photo. Before I turned it into a mono, but I like it equally, or maybe better, in colour.

As the title says
Autumn is my most favourite season as a landscape tog and as a human :)
It offers so much from foggy woods to misty landscapes and nice clear night skies for astro with some lovely fungus thrown into the mix for good measure :)
If I look out of the window I see a snowy landscape illuminated by the cold light of the winter sun.
I think longingly of home, the warm and bright sun over Malibu, Zuma Beach.....
Hmm, maybe it`s time to book my flights.
So have a look at the vid and accompany me in my dreams, guys!
