This page will go into our family portrait album, which is 8x8. Thus there is no title/journaling. It's just about the family photos.

This a new neighbor at my scrapbook store. That counts, right? I met Lei last national scrapbook day. We have become great friends. She makes cropping happy for me.
The removals men turned up to take away the Mini finally. They had ramps but they were broken so they had to prop them up with pallets which looked more than a little precarious. First try the exhaust was catching on the bottom so they needed to adjust the ramps (more pallets!) and then it was fine.
Ontem foi hora de gerar idéias, renovar conceitos e aprender a ser cada vez melhor.
Yesterday was time to generate ideas, renew concepts and learn to be better.
Putting most of the cd collection on the new ipod, which means this is how the island has looked most of the week. It takes awhile to put 700 cd's on an ipod!
well, thanks to LOAD these pictures are finally on a page. I've only had them set aside since.... 2004? Let's just say it was pre-digital camera days!
Here she comes,
camera on hand;
smile, look happy,
look right at the camera.
She will call my name a few times,
take a few shots and
once she is satisfied she will walk away.
It's hard work being an adorable little guy
but I gotta keep mom happy!
I love the way that you can tell he used his right hand to hold the stencil. The letters to the right begin to feather from not having the stencil flat.

12 x 12 Digital page using Angel Mother free digi kit by Summer Driggs, which she just posted this morning! When I saw the kit I had my inspiration for today's LO.
It was a bit of an emotional LO to do...the journaling reads:
"It's hard to think or write about it. This Mother's Day I celebrate that you are still with us, but mourn the loss of the mom I knew and loved. Alzheimer's disease has robbed you of your memory and many normal functions, and it has taken you away from us in spirit. There are still glimpses of the woman you were, but they are fewer and further between. It's hard to see you like that, so in some ways I prefer to remember you as you were - full of life, love and laughter. You taught me so much about being a great mom...I hope I can live up to your example. And I wish I could share it all with you. I love you always. Noreen"
I plan on posting a little bit more about this LO on my blog if you'd like to drop by - www.noreensmith.blogspot.com
