A feature if Iceland is the amount of ice that is visible. It creates many interesting patterns and is of different colours too.
The classic laker Arthur M. Anderson is finishing taking on a load of ore for Indiana Harbor and will soon clear the dock and make their way out to Lake Superior. Duluth, MN 6/30/2023
After dropping off a cut of loaded centerbeams, Quincy 12 makes its way down the steep hill that connects the UP interchange to the American Valley. After getting to the bottom of the hill, the crew would take another cut or two of loads to the interchange before heading back to the Sierra Pacific facility in East Quincy to tie down for the day.
Posted a few of the outside of this stunning building in recent weeks. This is the beautiful inside. Got told off by security just after I took the photo for using a tripod. Was firmly told they were not allowed. Apologized in my best British accent and quickly left!
This was easily my favourite building in New York. Have loads more photos but the last one of the Oculus for a while.
How true...

BLOL 7591 (ex NP GP9) & BLOL 7504 (original IC GP9, now a GP10) loading grain cars for the CN up in Charolette, IL. This was back in 2017 when it seemed to be easier to catch matching set of Bloomer power & catch bigger trains. Still to this day, I love shooting these guys.

Five D&I units have 100 loads of rock well in hand passing through Harrisonburg over BNSF trackage rights south of Sioux Falls.
The UP CNAOK train takes it’s loads past the elevator located in Ashton, Illinois along the UP Geneva Sub.
Union Pacific GP38-3 No. 2521 and GP39-2 No. 2372 pull 20 loads of limestone through Leland, Utah on the Tintic Industrial Lead the morning of Sept. 22, 1998. The D&RGW hoppers were loaded at Geneva’s Keigley quarry in Genola and will be delivered to Geneva’s steel mill in Vineyard.
During my 2017 visit back home to Colorado I had some time to spend along the Jointline. It had been a number of years since I had visited and I definitely noticed some changes. Such as this bridge across the tracks in Sedalia, a nice addition for sure. BNSF coal loads climb towards the summit of the Palmer Divide at Palmer Lake. The SD70Ace was a nice bonus.
Yongnian Rd., Shanghai
This is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Shanghai and is in the process of being demolished.
Bringing the last 30 or so loads down the mountain, Beech Mountain's #115 cruises into Palace Valley, WV.

Just about a year ago
I set out on the road
Seekin' my fame and fortune
Lookin' for a pot of gold
Things got bad and things got worse
I guess you will know the tune
Oh Lord, stuck in Lodi again
