No big waves in the cove, just some good size swells sloshing into the cove. OM19458,460
Olympus digital camera using live composite. Waving around an led umbrella shaft in the garage yesterday. Mostly in camera but I did crop it and clean up some noise.
There was a lot electrical activity in the sky this past Saturday. Unfortunately, most of the activity was blocked by clouds. I used Live Composite to see what could be captured over a period of about a minute.
30 minutes under a millennia of light.
I love what you can do IN CAMERA w/ the Olympus Live Composite mode.

I last tried this shot with my fisheye, but I used my 7-14mm here. It still wasn't wide enough to get all of the Flatiron Building in the shot without pointing the camera up.The Flatiron was very dark and I probably should have increased the exposure time a bit.
Live composite, 103 x 30 sec, f2.8, 200 ISO, 51.5 mins total. Facing NNE. Thanks for the Explore all!
from the Tilikum Crossing Bridge, Portland, Oregon.
I had big plans for photographing the fireworks from the Tilikum Crossing Bridge, but those plans required setting up on the north side of the bridge, which even an 1h15m before fireworks started was already jam packed with people. So I set up on the south side of the bridge hoping that the crowds of people - many who were wearing silent rave headphones which have lights on the sides - might make for an interesting foreground.
And fortunately I had set up the camera and exposure settings for Live Composite mode well before the fireworks began, when I noticed two women wearing capes covered in LED lights about to enter into frame and so I started a Live Composite exposure and ended it 16 secs later just before the first woman was about to exit frame. Couldn't have been any luckier with the lightpainting these women created; and was so glad that I hadn't moved to the Ross Island bridge which had no one on it.

On Queens Blvd. in New York City. This is two "live composite" shots merged together in Photoshop - one with a 7 train arriving, the other with one departing on the opposite track.

Experimentell - damit kann man generelle Unschärfe und Bewegungsunruhe durchgehen lassen 😉😉😉
They are coming for us!
LE with light painting. The orange color is light pollution reflected by the clouds.
3x60 sec live composite.
Not the most impressive of waterfalls, so tried to capture the flow of the froth/bubbles making their way down the cascade. 0.5 second exposures, approx 1 minutes worth (120 images stacked)
I was going for a little bit of the cyberpunk feel on this one...
